It mentions my sis in it! I've never read it yet though.

I heard Sue Fishkoff speak at our shul, and ran off the buy the book. I've read it about a hundred times.

I have to tell this story about the author. She spoke at our shul's Shabbaton in January, during a snow storm. She had come from sunny California for a $1,000 honorarium. Well, later on during the Shabbaton we heard from a deaf Chabad couple in Toronto who run a yeshiva for deaf students, as well as raising their own large family. She was so inspired by their story that she offered to donate her entire honorarium to them if people in the shul would match the donation. It was wonderful and inspiring to see.

The book is packed full of pictures and anecdotes; it reads like a Who's Who in Lubavitch.

I just read this book and loved it. It gave me even more appreciation for what Chabad does and is.

My DH is reading it now and he can't put it down (and he usually reads a book for 50 pages and then stops or gets bored). Looks like I will be borrowing from him when he's done
