I refuse to have too much pesach stuff ... I can survive ... I stopped bringing out my milky dishes except a pot a pan and a little mixing bowl ...
for parve I have mixing bowls hand mixer, spatula, mini food processor, coffee machine, cutting board, knife 2 peelers ... meat have soup pot big frying pan and a variety of a set that some are parve and some meaty ... I have dishes in cabinet with wine glasses and becher that do not have to be moved around and then oven grates ... use disposable pans and everything else disposable too ... so .... it seems to work and if everything is clean ... its pop back in boxes and away we go ... took 1 hour ... an extra 30 min to rip off aluminum paper, wash sink & oven and bring up toaster, mixer, grates, coffee machine ... then it's over... back to civilization ... my dd couldn't stand that the reg oven grates weren't as new looking ... let's see 15 years vs. 15 weeks ... that could be why ...
