I was asked to take charge of a recipe section for a magazine my dds school is planning. It is likely that its only a one time deal, not more.
I want to do a theme of sorts and would like ideas.
Should I do one food item w/ lots of recipe ideas (like zucchini)?
Should I do one whole menu soup-nuts?
Should I focus on a specific time of year-like the nine days?
The magazine will be coming out in June IY"H.
All ideas would be helpful, and recipes are always welcome.
Only one request when it comes to recipes, please. AMOUNTS should be given. I cannot use a recipe tahat says "dressing: mayo, vinegar and garlic"
TIA

I personally like the idea of focusing on a specific time of year... it makes it that much easier. I have and excellent baked rice recipe if ur interested.
