For me, normal is when I don’t eat and then I go hunting. Right now I don’t want to go back there… think positive, think thin!

How long have you been on it, and how much weight have you lost?

I started in the middle of January and without concentrating too much I already lost 8 lbs. and a bit more than 6 inches all around. Imagine if I go on the plan full time, right after Purim!
For now, I fit into my costume already! lol

Withhumor - I checked out that website you made (kosherdietplan) and just wanted to point out two things:
1- you don't have the 3-in-1 boost, which is important in three ways and is really important IMO, and
2-you mention on the site that everything is kosher pareve, which isn't in fact true. Everything is kosher pareve, EXCEPT for the cinch bars (which are kosher dairy - not chalav yisrael). Just wanted to point that out for those members who are careful.

Bracha, thanks for pointing it out. The 3-in-1 is essential to the plan and you can find it on the inside pages by clicking the “Kosher Diet Plan’ button ton the right side. On the bottom of the home page, I only highlighted my favorite items that I mention a lot.
