I've started a new job where we all really need to have English-sounding names for answering the phone (which I think is stupid, but never mind, it's otherwise a good job). I have several names, but the one that my rabbonim say I must go by is Rivka. I would have preferred a combination that I usually go by, but everyone seems to only want to use one name in the office. Fine. So, they suggest "Rebecca" for answering the phone, but I don't think I'm allowed to do that--I need something that could sound "English" enough but is actually something close to Rivka. Rikki maybe? Any other ideas?

I don't understand what's wrong with "Rebecca." It's English--Classic British, in fact.

If you don't want to or can't use Rebecca, I would go with Ricki. I know a few Rivka's from all stripes who use it.

The English equivalent of Rivka is Rebecca. I don't understand why you can't use that.
Also, can't you just use whatever name you want? As I understood your post, it's just for the purpose of answering the phone and giving the customer a familiar English name to presumably make it easier for him. You can call yourself, "Georgette" or "Elizabeth" or "Bunny" or "Ann" whatever you want, right?
(And what do you mean you have many names but you MUST go by Rivka?)

ricky is gender neutral ...
but if a rav told you not to change your name - I'm not sure what the shaila is
go with becky, ricky, penelope ... it really won't make much of a difference so long as you remember which nickname you chose & respond when called

I agree with Riva pronounced Reeva. You are pretty close to your real name, just eliminating the K sound.
Nicer than Ricky or Rikki, JMHO.

I really roll from these businesses that won't let you use your real name, when every other customer service person is Tenecia or Lakisha or something else where you have to beg them to spell it...It seems only Jews are required to blend in to the culture, no?
