Has anyone here made the mini vegetable wonton flowers from BY cookbook?
What is the feedback ?

I made them for a buffet side dish. I think everyone enjoyed them.
I made them in advance and froze. there isn't too much filling in each one.

I think so. This was in the summer so I don't remember exactly. I think I froze them in aluminum pans and then took them out and put straight into the oven to defrost and crisp up. Whatever I did it worked out and they were not soggy.
