I freeze the crumb topping for apple kugel, and have frozen broccoli kugel and cauliflower kugel as well but they need to be reheated frozen otherwise they get watery. Also cranberry apple kugel freezes beautifully.

is the cranberry apple kugel a kugel with a crumb topping? do you freeze it before or after you bake it?

my cranberry apple kugel is a bit like a cobbler. You mix the cut up apples with whole cranberry sauce and then you put the topping on and bake. I have frozen it. Let me know if you need the recipe.
I freeze potato kugel as well as carrot, noodle, apple kugel.

You can freeze any vegetable kugel as long as you rewarm it properly. I usualy defrost it in the refrigerator and then I put it into the oven on a lower temperature for about 1-2 hours.

I freeze the cranberry kugel baked, it's apples mixed with fresh cranberry sauce with an oatmeal crumble on top and bottom.
