I JUST made this - and it was sooooo yummy!!!! the whole family LOVED it! ty!! (I used double the amount of duck sauce bc I didnt have an opened apricot jam)

YAY! its one of my faves- blueberry make it on shabbat (friday night- it doesnt reheat well for shabbat lunch especially after sauce is poured off) and wow your guests! I am asked for the recipe every.single.time.

| bake uncovered. mix everything together in one bowl (potatoes and sauce) then dump into 9x13 pan.

Holy delayed reaction, Batman, but that's a lot of spices. Especially the garlic. | btw- I shld add u really cannot taste the garlic as garlic.
