Duck-Sauce Roasted potatoes:

6 potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
1/4 c oil
4 tablespoons duck sauce
4 tablespoon apricot jam
1 tablespoon soy sauce
5 teaspoons garlic powder
5 teaspoons paprika
1.5 teaspoons black pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Spray pam over a 9x13 pan. Pour potatoes in pan and bake at 350 until very browned on top (usually around 1hr) and potatoes are tender.

I JUST made this - and it was sooooo yummy!!!! the whole family LOVED it! ty!! (I used double the amount of duck sauce bc I didnt have an opened apricot jam)

Bake covered or uncovered? And the sauce goes on right away?

bake uncovered. mix everything together in one bowl (potatoes and sauce) then dump into 9x13 pan.

Holy delayed reaction, Batman, but that's a lot of spices. Especially the garlic. What would it be like with just a minimum of garlic for someone who doesn't like garlic (though I suspect it won't go over anyway)?
