OP here;
Thanks Bitachon, I already went down and it was a waste of 3 hours! I tried to call this morning, but, like you, couldn't get through. Ms Gonzalez is out til Dec 5 and noone picks up at any other numbers. Its already 60 days late, hoping that it will come through eventually........

What time did you go down?
I went down first in the afternoon and gt nowhere... but when I went early morning... I waited less than half hour and got straight down to business with a new caseworker.
However it still will ake time till they get their act together for processing!!
(I literally had to borrow money today for groceryshoppin!!! I sure hope it all works out soon for everyone!)
Calling gets you nowhere in the lakewood office.
You need to speak to the supervisor if gonzalez is not around.
Be perstent or else all the other persistentppl will push ahead of you!

my dh spoke to Ms. Martinez today she said she is going to get someone to work on it
today and we should have it in a few days. Lets see what happens

Yes, I have been trying that number since October 1. I went down already , or I'd do it again! I finally got through to a man today, who told me that he cannot pull my file out of stacks and stacks of piles... and they will get to it eventually....

OP here, finally got through to Ms Martinez.
She was actually quite nice and looked up my case for me, but could not tell me when it would be processed... everyone is in the same boat etc.... How did you get her to process it for you?

Thank G-d the food stamps came in this morning, I really want to thank Bitachon and the amother with the Oct 31st renewal for pushing me to call Ms Martinez. I spoke to her 2 days ago and the funds were there this morning ! Guess she actually took care of it. BH BH BH.
Its only $412 / month, but it will definitely help !
