My dd wil be three in a few weeks and she wanted to go out to eat with me today. I told her that Mommy is fasting and I explained the concept to her as best as I thought she can understand. I told her that "bad people" destroyed the bais hamikdash and she got very very concerned over it and she wanted to fix the bais hamikdash. So she tells me, "When I get older, I will fix the bais hamikdash, and then you can eat! And then you won't be hungry!"

Today when I told her that something is too expensive, she said: "I will go to the store and buy you more money!"

My kids keep telling me that they're building the "kotel ha'aravi" when they're playing with their blocks...
