I have blueberry pie filling, I don't want to make a pie. I was thinking some kind of crumble? I'd like to make it for YT.

Do you have any puff pastry? Defrost, unroll, spread filling, reroll, and cut slices. Voila, blueberry danish! (Don't forget to bake!)

My mom makes a delicious blueberry crumb cake. Let me know if you want the recipe.

I'd love the recipe.
Marion, are you talking about doing like a roll and then slicing and baking? I'm not quite seeing in my head how to put it together (I do have puff pasty)

I'll get it for you from my mother but you'll have to wait until later in the day because she lives in the US. Maybe I'll make it, too. I'm getting in the mood!

Mindy 4 C FLOUR
1 1/2 C SUGAR
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
2 VANILLA SUGAR
1 C OIL
2 EGGS
2 CANS PIE FILLING - YOU CAN PUT IN APPLE, CHERRY, BLUEBERRY, PLUM, WHATEVER.
Personally, since you get 2 pies out of this, I make 1 of each.
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS TO FORM A CRUMBLY DOUGH. SPREAD 1/2 OF CRUMB MIXTURE INTO LARGE ROASTER PAN OR 2 NINE INCH PANS. SPREAD FILLING OVER DOUGH. COVER WITH REMAINING CRUMBS. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AT 350.

Mama that looks perfect, thanks! Should I make it and freeze, or bake it tomorrow and serve it early in YT?

Mama Bear, just wanted to say thanks. I didn't get to try it for RH (ran out of time), but I had it for Sukkot and YUM. Got rave reviews from MIL & FIL also, so a real winner
