I found some pretty interesting ideas for sweet bread...the only thing is: I don't want to wash for it! Any suggestion on how to keep it mezonot?

Subsitute the water with apple juice. I think you need to sub. more than 50%. but not the whole thing. As someone who knows these halachos

making an apple bread or a cake bread is one thing, it has to taste like the sweet/fruit item. the mezones 'bread' like is served on airplanes, etc, if it tastes like bread you have to wash on it
