I would love to get feedback from women which boots are very dressy looking and comfortable, I think I would like a tight fitted look (stretch boot) what can u reffer? --not too high heel

I have this one and the fabric stretched in no time and I end up walking around with the boots slouching down around my ankles, nasty! I took it to a shoe repair who added elastic around the top and it worked for 2 hours. Now I need to go back and sew a seam by taking in about an inch from the calf. What's up with these boots?
