does anyone know how to copy songs from your ipod in itunes and put it into your library
from ipod to library

It's actually illegal if you don't own the songs on it, but it's doable. You need to set your iPod to mount as a hard drive (in iTunes) and then copy the songs from the (hidden) "Music" folder.
Or you can use one of the applications referenced here:
