My 13 yo dd has a tiyul to the Hermon and surrounding areas this coming week. She will be out of the house from 7am - 11pm.
I need ideas for food for 3 meals for her (no meals will be provided) and this is taking into account there will be no refridgeration....
What can I send that is appealing and somewhat healthy too?

I usually send a few rolls, 2 shoko, various fruit (apricots, peaches, grapes, nectarines), hard boiled eggs, plus of course nash, some of which I try and make slightly on the nutritious side - peanuts, crackers etc.
Some drink I freeze, and some in the fridge. Those insulated back/shoulder holders for bottles are great.

If she's 13 she has to do it herself - plus get up early to buy the rolls...

I pack lunches for dh and and kids almost every day. I have a stock of shnitzels in the freezer, which I take out and send along with them (either defrosted overnight or as is depending on th weather and preferences.
Alternatively, I sen yogurt (there is also soy yogurt that doesn't need a fridge) .
