what does it do ... tame the brow ... have you tried trimming (I know some people who do that)

It basically sticks it into place. I've been using it for the past few years and am happy with the results, just don't know where else I can get this.

Maybelline makes a clear mascara that does the same thing. Maybe that's easier to find.
