How to grow hair fast?

I shaved my hair in the summer and now want it to grow back. is there anything I can do to make it grow faster? my hair just about fits into a small ponytail and it's so uneven.

Pregnancy?

I'm sorry I don't have any better advice. But when I'm pregnant my hair grows VERY fast.
