We are going away for Shabbos and I am not sure what to bring the Rebbitzion. This is a very big Rebbitzion from a very promonit Rebbisha family.

For Shabbos I would bring flowers or nice scotch (for the men).
I thought you meant a gift or something. A lot of rebbetzins have guests often so my mother use to give them big serving trays and beautiful napkins. It depends on which rebbetzin some love to bake, some not. If she has children, a game for her children might be a nice choice.

it also depends on the age of the rebbetzen.
I have a member of my family who is a rebbetzen and always has guests, she appreciates receiving, flowers, plants or chocolates. a nice bottle of wine is appreciated by the rav/rabbi.
