Latest Scoop on Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Dallas Communities

We are looking to relocate in the next few years and wanted to get the latest scoop on the Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Dallas communities. We are a MO couple with two young boys (4 and 2 yo) with another on the way. We only want to live somewhere warm (temperature-wise) where you can get a nice big house in a nice neighborhood. It’d be nice to live somewhere with a substantial sized community (so we can make friends/peers) and also some decent Jewish infrastructure. So here’s some of my questions on the those three places:

1. What’s the general feel of the communities and size? Which would be good for a MO family? Which are fairly right wing?

2. How are the houses in both quality and size? What are the neighborhoods like? What are generally the prices we’d be looking at?

3. Anything else you’d like to share!

I really appreciate any insight! We’ve visited both Phoenix and Scottsdale in the past but it’s been a few years now so we are interested to hear any updated information. We haven’t visited Dallas though so I’m looking forward to hearing what it’s like.
