Taking my 1 year old to Miami with me .
What are must have products for beach? Want to enjoy without having to hold baby
Thinking of beach tent or something
Does anyone have a good product they could recommend that would make it easier

I bought a beach tent was a disaster baby didnt like it the wind made it move and sand got in. When I wore baby with a wrap was much better and just put baby down next to me on a towel under umbrella. Strap baby in stroller for a bit too.

Please don't put your baby in long sleeves and pants on the beach in Miami. Use lots of sunscreen and reapply regularly. Keep baby in the shade and well hydrated (start hydrating before you go out).

Absolutely keep in long thin cotton. Or if getting wet then a long rashguard.

I kept my baby in a long sleeve cotton outfit, But I kept it wet the whole time. Kept him cool and protected from the sun. A sunburn at that age is EXTREMELY dangerous, as is overheating.
Kept giving him to drink.
I sat with him under an umbrella with toys.

Ty for the links -
Baby is over a year and crawling all over the place , not walking yet
Want some peace of mind so thought a tent would be good but maybe it’s too small/ stifling? If anyone used one for that age and could comment?

A crawling baby isn’t so interested in staying in a tent thing from my experiences

Ty everyone-
Actually, the link with the chair and cover looks like my best bet because he’ll be happy to sit in there with food or whatever
