I mainly bake myself, but sometimes don't make it so buy
Angel or Berman Chalot are very dry and not tasty only when really fresh Friday morning
Where do you but good tasty ones ?
DH bought last week near Kikar H'Shabes some home made ones with some Rogelech, they were the best I've even eaten in my life, so tasty and fresh, a real Oneg Shabes
Would love to have the recipe

There are lots of places within a five minute radius of Kikar Shabbat that sell challah and rogelach. Ask him to pay attention to the name of the store. Don't be surprised if they won't give out recipes!
Plain white challah is often best if you heat it up over the platta.
We buy 'the wholewheat one with olive oil', sold in the makolet fown the road. I think it's made by Bermans. Both Bermans and Angels have a very wide range of challahs.
