Help, problems with new sheitel

Let me start by saying that I don't have money, a relative was paying for this but I haven't bought a sheitel in years and probably won't again for a very long time.

So the sheitel I am getting was highlighted a different colour then the pictures I showed them and way way lighter and more then I expected that it looks to me like a bleached blonde sheitel.

Do you have to bleach dark sheitel hair to highlight it? I remember hearing that you can highlight without bleach

If the sheitel was over highlighted then was damage done that can't be rectified? Will it be enough for the hairdresser to tone it and add colour back or will there be constant upkeep?
The sheitel person said you have to tone highlighted sheitels yearly anyway, but would there be any other issues because the sheitel was originally over bleached highlights?

Is it fair for me to ask them try sell the sheitel to someone else and give me a different one? I already paid more then half.
She claims it was a miscommunication. I don't understand the lingo she used but I thought it was obvious I want it to stay dark and the highlights are supposed to just highlight, . Also we discussed doing less then in the pictures and they did way more then.
I really don't like confrontation but I'm unhappy even of they fix the colour, im afraid damage is done.

Please advise what's the fair way to go about this
