Is there a right wing modern orthodox community in LA? What schools would be options? We want right wing as in very machmir but still want boys and girls to get good secular educations through all of high school, and not pressured to Kollel.

I believe YAYOE feeds into yeshiva gedola high school which doesn’t have a good secular education. Is there a high school that would be RWMO? The MO schools there (Yavneh, Yulah) are very left MO from what I hear.

First of all, not all the Ohr eliyahu boys go to YGLA. I douby its even a majority.
There are high schools Like mby which is more like... modern yeshivish?

I know 2 boys who went there and then to places like senters/Merkaz, and then college for professional degrees.

Rwmo would send to ohr eliyahu, probably not Toras emes. It depends how you define yourself as rwmo because it means different things to different people.
Yula is modern orthodox and some kids who go come from more right wing families but you’ll also get a large mix of some less frum too.
Mby gets solid boys from ohr eliyahu and Toras emes. It’s to the right of yula.

Right wing modern orthodox schools don’t exist in LA. There’s a lot more of a mix in each school than on the East coast where each school is geared towards a more narrow crowd.
Yavneh/ Yula would be the best choice as far as education. They do have a right wing crowd amongst more left leaning. The other option is ohr Eliyahu with which is a lot more right and not considered modern orthodox.

It does not feed there. The boys go to all the high schools, including MBY, Valley Torah, yeshiva gedola, and Calabassas. Some go to YULA as well but it is not a feeder school. (YULA boys feeders are Hillel, Maimonides and Yavneh).
I am a YAYOE (Ohr Eliyahu) parent. It could definitely cater to what you are looking for. Excellent secular education, wonderful Rebbeim with Torah studies on par with any other LA school even the yeshivish ones. It is not Tzioni but isn't super Charedi either.
I like it because it sets my kid up without sticking them in a box. My kids know way more than I did at their age and I went to a MO place.

It's verrrrry hard in LA. there is no good school that is both mo and right wing. The parents here make a choice... Which is more important? Secular education - yavneh and yula. Right wing - yayoe and mby, supplement education with tutors. You will not find both.
If you don't have to move, don't. There are much better schools on the east coast.

Thank you for the very helpful information! Good to know about YAYOE. Why did you choose it over Toras Emes? I heard YAYOE is very small, is that true?
And would you say any of the high schools have the values I mentioned (frum + great secular)? Do you know what MBY is like these days? I heard some very bad things about the rebbeim there in the past, I wonder if it has improved.

disclaimer- I haven't lived in LA for 16 years, but still have family and friends there.
YAYOE is smaller than toras emes, but toras emes is BIG!!
YAYOE's philosophy is different than Toras Emes.

Do you live in LA?
Because for the life of me, I don't know why anyone would move TO LA. You can't buy a house under 2-3 million there
