Which hotel do Jews go to in NY, long island, Monsey or Lakewood area for winter break?
I want a Jewish atmosphere with a minyan:) maybe even separate swim hours

You have to call them for booking. Online it always says fully booked, it doesn't mean anything.
Sleepy Hollow Hotel in Tarrytown NY is a kosher hotel with a kosher breakfast & meat restaurant on site.
