Any recommendation for a front and back good dash camera?

Wirecutter reccomends this but it is pricy aroubd $360 was around $270 on black friday. But my husband also said you may need a kit to hardwire it for best usage. He seems to really want one. There is also a budget one recomended for $200 and if you only want front one it is $100

thanks, does any of those require wifi? how does it work? SD CARD or what?
