title says it all. any recipe ideas? I desperately need to lose weight! I have some digestion issues so need lots of fiber but cant have any dairy!
id love to come up with a meal plan and meal prep.

If you both need to lose weight and you have digestion issues, a good nutritionist or dietician can be very helpful. If you care about yourself, get a real diet plan from a real professional. She’ll take the time to get to know you and what your needs are, when you like to eat and what foods are good for you. She’ll explain things to you so you know how to do this. She can help you plan meals that you can serve your family and enjoy with them.
