Dd3 is sick for the fourth time this month Sad it's literally been once a week for the past month and each time it lasts about 3 days until fever finally breaks. We took her to the doctor yesterday. Throat culture came out fine, her ears are clear, lungs are clear BH bH bH. They also swabbed her for a bunch of different viruses, but those results will take up to 48 hours to get back. After all this was done, Dr said it could be a UTI. She taped a plastic bag to DDs skin inside her diaper so it could catch the pish which we'd then bring for testing. Well, the bag must have come undone because when we opened her diaper she had pished, but her diaper absorbed it all and the bag was empty. We will still try. Dr said not to pressure her, she doubts it's a UTI (she based this on two answers we gave her to questions she asked: if her pish smelled different or was a different color). Dd has been miserable unless on meds, which obv we're giving her. And it's crazy it's been 4 times this month! She has been pishing a lot, and has been much more cranky and clingy and sensitive than usual (which we first chalked up to terrible twos, but we then realized this change started around the time she started getting sick).
Anyone with similar experience? Or any other ideas what could be going on? We just want her to get better already and stay healthy!!

If fever went away, it wldnt be UTI, with a UTI it's constant fever, when they r still young the Dr can insert a catheter to test..
