What does your shul do for a youth group?

I am running a program for children during RH shul and I wanted to know what does your shul do, what are your likes and dislikes, etc. It would be really useful to hear!

I would love that in my shul. Our kids and teens (!) just run around...

I love ours. They have for little kids, big kids and a teen minyan. I love how they daven at all ages, but still keep it fun and age appropriate. My only issue is that for the little kids group (2-5 year olds) they require a parental supervision, which kind of defeats the purpose. I mean, I haven't been able to daven in shul for 3 years!

Do they daven normal weekday daveing or do they help the kids with rosh hashanah stuff?
My DH & I are youth directors. The rabbi is going to blow the shofar for the kids and we will have an activity each day and then DH and I want to lead something a game or some way of giving a speech or story since I want some meaning to yontif expecialy since a lot of the shul is extremly modern
