What is the best mixer for challa?
I already had the bosch die on me two times. I had the white bowl and the motor burned out from the challa.

I use the new Bosch with the old metal bowl. Supposedly, when the force comes from the bottom (as opposed to the top) it is better for the motor.

I also use the metal bowl with new Bosch

I make 6 lbs every few weeks. No issues
