I went there in the summer two years ago. Was absolutely stunning and wonderful. I rarely go to high end hotels so this was a very big deal for me and I’m not generally critical so I don’t know if I’m so helpful. But it was a real vacation and a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. I wish we would have stayed longer. I went for an extended weekend Thursday-Sunday but it didn’t feel long enough. If I ever go again I want to go for at least a week.

The whole hotel wasn’t kosher but there was a kosher dining rooms in small side rooms. It didn’t bother me but then I walked into the non kosher dining room and it’s a massive stunning ballroom. I guess if that would bother you….

What type of crowd goes there? We are going to Switzerland this summer and I would love to spend some of the time and over shabbos with kosher food and minyanim. We are MO. I don't cover my hair, my dd and I wear pants, my dh and ds will be dresses in jeans and hoodies at minyan, etc. Will it be uncomfortable or do people do their own thing?

I think it attracts a universal crowd.
I hope to be going this winter in January so I can let you know!

We went to Galitzky's program in Maloja Palace in the Summer.
It's cheaper than Kempinsky and was really, really nice.
