Hello,
I have a daughter in sem this year and she plans to go to a regular secular college after however I can’t figure out how she can get her credits from seminary. I know that if you sign up with touro, wits, etc you need to go there after. Does anyone have experience with this? Is there any college that will take the credits and then allow me to transfer to where she’s going?
Thanks!

There are no credits if you don't go through "college" be it touro, Maalot, Wits, TTI. It's those institutions that evaluate the seminary courses and give credits accordingly, not the seminary itself.
When I was growing up a local community college used to give seminary credits. But you need to sign up and apply in advance. Not while in seminary or after the fact.

I dont think thats accurate. from my son's experience with yeshiva credits being counted towards Touro.
But you do get more credits if you sign up in advance.
OP, wait for more responses from people in the know, dont panic yet!
