Im expecting a child soon iy"H, and despite having tried nursing before I failed terribly ( think abscess, antibiotics, pain, blood in milk, very little supply, starving screaming babies, operation needed etc), eventhough I met with specialists and seeked professional support. So all my children got formula and b"H loved it, they ate, grew developed into healthy amazing kids b"H. Wecare makbid on xgalav yisroel, luve in a smaller community, it wasnt always easy to get formula, but v"H we had luck aNd with H s Help we got when we needed what we needed.
Fast forward to now: I prepare stuff for the new baby and as I do my weekly groceryshopping I look at formula prices: oy I would pay 20 euro more per box of materna and 22 euro more for a box of kendanil than with my first kid. Even compared to my now 4 year old prices increased by 30%.
I understand that kosher is more expensive than regular products, but wow this difference in price would impact impact our foodbudget/ our finances. My babies eat tons b"H, we always went through the boxes superfast 😀
Im so so scared to try nursing and curious: Has anyone had very negative experiences with nursing and after several children gave it a shot again and was more successful?

Yes I nursed terribly with all my kids, then I nursed for 10 months with my 7th bh. I just stuck it out , yes blood in milk even though latch was latching. I pumped more than I nursed in the beginning and that really helped with the pain. It's not easy and it hurts like crazy, but then it got better bh. Good luck and bshaah tovah
