My 1 year old usually goes to sleep nicely on her own, I don’t nurse/rock to sleep anymore, I just put her down and she goes to sleep. Now she seems a little extra kvetchy so maybe she’s not feeling well and the last few nights she screams when I put her down. I tried going back in to hold her but she just screamed when I held her until I took her out of her room. Last night I let her cry for a few minutes and she fell asleep. Now she’s crying again and I don’t know what to do. I hate leaving her crying but if I go in she will definitely not go to sleep and she won’t fall asleep rocking either. I feel horrible, I never usually let her cry

Yes, I would take her out, give her Tylenol, hold her for a little while to let it kick in, and then try to put her down again.
