I went to Ocean Dermatology and Dr. Tarlow. Used the female PAs as it is pretty invasive.

Yes I do this but dont live in Lakewood
I agree with only going to a female as it's a full head to toe check, including removing wig and undergarments

Speaking as someone who worked for years in a dermatology office.
PAs/NPs are NOT trained the same way that doctors are in detecting skin cancer. They have significantly less accuracy for detecting skin cancer and will do a lot more biopsies then necessary. Going to a good doctor will save you a lot of time as you will need less biopsies done and they know how to find things earlier.
