I’m looking for black slim pants for five year old. The children’s place ones rip so easily. Any other recommendations? Does anyone know if the lil legs weekday pants are what I’m looking for?

Some boys tend to rip their pants more, no matter what brand worn. I know some people love the lil legs pants and they say they last, and others complained they ripped after 2 wears.

I’m always looking. Children’s place black jeans last a bit better. Old navy used to work but are now getting ripped. About to try target

Switched from children's place to kidichic. We're pretty happy with them. Much lighter material than children's place. Doesn't fade as quickly.
Bh nobody here in a ripping stage right now. Experience tells me it's not the type of pants but the type of child that determines the life of pants

My super skinny son wears almost exclusively children's place. I think he has only had a small handful rip over YEARS of wearing them.

It is not only how the boy acts in them (how much they fall etc) but also how they fit. Too skinny a pair will be tight and more likely to rip. Especially if tight around the knees... you need to find what works for him.

I'm passing on the advice I got here on the site a while ago! Buy Gap Kids Uniform Ponte pants for the boys. They wash beautifully and go in the dryer. (I have to hang the black childrens place jeans because I found otherwise they fade too much). All the pants I've tried eventually get holes because my son is always sliding into a base, or pretending he's playing baseball and sliding into base, so I think it just comes with the territory.

This may have been my advice lol. But that was when they made their pants stronger. In the past few years I’ve found they get holes in 3/4 wears
