I'm trying to convince dh to get a better paying job. What are the best paying jobs for a masters in special ed and over 10 years experience?

Any out of the box type options? He doesn't want to work for public schools. Maybe something with special needs adults?
I really don't know the field and am trying to gauge possibilities.

What kind of experience does he have?
Best paying jobs are public school teaching and charging parents privately if he’s a reading specialist

My cousin with her masters in Ed made a niche for herself teaching executive functioning skills. She found parents who pay well and she really enjoyed it. She taught how to study for tests and organize your homework, how to keep an assignment book, how to organize your desk that kind of thing.
