Where can I take my daughter for a haircut she wants something more then a straight cut. I'm not interested in paying salon prices. She wants a nice job. Are therir any hair salons or wig people starting out that we could go to? The going rate ay hair salonsis too high but I'm not interested in going to a private person. For a nice cut.

I was happy at great clips in Tom’s River it’s $20 a cut

Your post is not very clear. You don't want salon prices but don't want to go to private person.
You're looking for a salon that charges prices same as private person in their house? 
What makes you think you'll get a "nice cut" ? It might just be a very beginner.
