Treat her to a manicure & pedicure. (Regular is just about $30 plus tip for both)
Or maybe get her a small perfume if you can’t do a bigger one. Does she have perfume yet? 18 is a great age to start.
(Carolina Herrera Good Girl collection is one of my favorites, it smells amazing and is an adorable bottle to display, I linked 2 sets below one is a 3 pc for $50 and one is a 2pc for $33. You can probably find a single for a bit cheaper but only a small difference in price so the 2pc is worth more. I also linked the Marc Jacobs set which also smells amazing and is pretty)
