This was a really nice version of an orange Bundt cake. The cake flour created a really lovely tender crumb and the addition of chocolate glaze is a classic pairing of orange and chocolate

Souffle is really a misnomer although the long mixing time of sugar and whole eggs did contribute to the "loft" of the cake
