Looking to take a vacation to the Caribbean this winter. Looking for recommendations- which island and hotel etc

We don’t care abt having access to kosher food. We will bring our own.
We want nice hotel and views - Willing to spend up to $800/nt on a hotel.

I took a yacht cruise many years ago over all the islands and st Lucia was the most memorable in terms of views
