Boston. Looking for a job

Hi,
If I get accepted into school in Boston then I need to relocate with my spouse small children. It’s the type that I may find out last minute if I’m accepted so my husband and I are trying to plan as much as we can. Does anyone know of any jobs available for my husband. He has experience in property management and is the type to thrive also in a Jewish related job wether it’s mashgiach, rebbe etc, as long as it pays the bills because I heard housing is very expensive there. If anyone has any recs on how to find a decent 2BR minimum apt near shuls.
Also in terms of playgroup for my kids. I’d be looking for somewhere for my to be 3 year and 6 month old. Somewhere warm and caring. Also can anyone share anything about the commmunities, prices for things, for example how much I should expect to need to live. Best area for a young couple? TIA!!
