Are they open now during Chol HaMoed??? I need a dress for a daytime simcha, NOT a gown. Also need a shell In lavender.

I've seen a few times that Sareka has been open on chol hamoed, not sure what days/hours, but you can try them.
Regarding an Lavender shell, I can only think of the shell station and I don't think they're open
