What service is available in Lakewood that hasn't yet made it to OOT communities? I am not talking about selling a product; more like a smart service that is offered and is successful and whose model I can bring to my medium size OOT community.

Any suggestions?

Breakfast or brunch delivery. They repackage food from the bagel store very nicely. Ppl send to newlyweds. Kimpeturin. Ppl making simcha. Anniversary. Etc.

Vort gifts with delivery.

Gift card registry is an interesting option. I'm wondering, how does the company make money? Are stores paying a fee each time a card is used? Or is the customer somehow paying?

I would assume it’s a percentage of the card to the registry by the stores it is used at.
