My teenage son is not in yeshiva at the moment.
I need to find a chavrusa for him for an hour or 2 a day. Likely until after Succos.
Anyone have any leads where I might be able to find someone?
Obviously for pay

I find you need to network. I found my son a chavrusa through his day camp learning rebbe. He knew someone who would be a good fit for him. Ask past rebbeim, your shul rav, any local kollel or yeshiva may match people up.
But this month is going to be very challenging so have realistic expectations.

The problem is that I'm trying to protect my son and keep this somewhat private so asking around is hard.

Try to think out the box, maybe someone a little older, like an uncle or a grandfather? Where he might feel that he's also contributing?

I don't have anyone in CB kollel that I can ask.
I might call a grandfather but as of now they don't know about the situation so I'm hesitating. But my son really needs it

Are you looking for night or day?
My husband may be available by day and has experience with teenagers.
It would have to be pretty flexible though.

If a grandfather is an option you have a lot to gain, someone who cares about him and hopefully this could create a bond between them. Plus you won't have to keep it a secret any longer which is probably not beneficial to anyone. Plus I doubt he would take money.
