For those of you that dress your toddlers in leggings, what do you do for the winter when they play an outside in school? I would put tights under but I feel like that’s too hot for inside

Nothing. They wear a warm coat/jacket.
If its so freezing out then they shouldnt be playing outside for an extended amount of time anyway.
Honestly wearing a skirt over your thin tights doesn't make you warmer. Only thick pants would really make you warmer..
