after baking pie crust in this

if I want to send to someone or rather not serve straight from the metal dish

where can I transfer it to?

without breaking it...

either to freeze in the freezer or when serving?

Freeze and once solid, transfer to a disposable serving platter. Carefully bring it over.

what about storing in the freezer?

I need the pan to make another one so I cant keep it in the pan in in freezer.

If you want a whole case you can probably buy that size/shape in disposable from a wholesale seller. They make the graham cracker crusts in such disposables.

Cant you line the pan with parchment paper and gently remove from the pan and put on a serving plate?

Once cooked and removed I would freeze in a foil pan. I agree not to bake in disposable but for storage why not.
