Yes, it is inherently safe for a healthy woman.
However:
Do you have pelvic organ prolapse? How’s your balance? Your pelvic floor strength? Your cardiac health? When’s the last time you tried any form of exercise? Do you live in an apartment with people living under you? Depending on the answer to these questions, jumping may or may not be the best exercise for you.

every exercise is not safe for every body. ask your dr if you have concerns. you should anyone have a physical before you start an exercise program.
