What's a nice baby gift to send? For someone who has older kids but now after a large gap had a boy BH. She's an out of towner and doesn't need anything brand name, and she doesn't really have anything anymore from her older kids, it's been quite a while, so something practical would be nice. I'm in Israel and she's in the US so looking for something with easy and cheap shipping.
