OOT so very limited in options
Want to enroll my toddler in gymnastics
Obviously a mixed class probably would be the only Jewish family.
She's super sensory and physically cautious I feel like it would be great for her to build her physical confidence.
I know my neighbors/friends would never dream of doing something like this. I don't have a problem with her going to this gymnastics class as a toddler when she gets older I can find sometimes girls only.
I feel like this would be so good for her. But I worry it would be frowned on and wed have to keep it secret.

I don’t get it. You’d be frowned upon for sending your kid to a mainstream gymnastics class?
I don’t get the ‘keep a secret’ thing since I don’t live in a busybody community where people judge each other for no particular reason but really. What do they think? That she’ll learn about Jsus while learning to do somersaults?

I let my 11 yr old dd go to a mainstream gymnastics class. She was the only jewish kid, wore long sleeves, skirt and leggings. And fit in fine. She also told her friends about it and many asked about joining, though no one did. It happens that there were no boys in the classes over the 3 years she went. Some of her instructors were male though.

She's a toddler! I don't understand this at all and we're a black hat family and dh is a rav. FYI past the toddler stage boys and girls are in separate gymnastics classes. They learn different skills.
